First thoughts...

I've never written on a blog before nor do I usually expose my thoughts but someone once told me that he liked my writing and, as we say back home, better late than never, so I decided to give this blog thing a chance :)

Here I (and maybe other Portuguese living in Estonia as well) will talk about Estonia and Estonians but from an insider's view. It's easy for a tourist to acknowledge how impressive Tallinn's old town looks or how every girl here looks like a model but this you all know already, you only need a couple of hours spent here to understand that. But what I want to share here, is how life is like in this small country of the Baltics, how people live, work, what do they do in their daily lives, things you cannot experience unless you have actually lived here...

I have already experienced some things that I'd like to talk about here like when I went to an extreme event in Viljandi and spent the night before in Vändra with the family of a co-worker (and most of all, friend!) among others but they have happened some time ago and I could not show the impact they had on me by writing down my feelings regarding it now...
